1.1 Parties and scope. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and R8, together with its affiliates, successors and assigns ("R8", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the website at r8rate.com and any related domains, apps, interfaces, APIs, features and services (the "Platform").
1.2 Acceptance. By accessing or using the Platform, connecting a wallet, or submitting a transaction through the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of an entity, you accept these Terms for that entity. Section 17 requires disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration and waives class actions and jury trials.
2.1 Age and capacity. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.
2.2 Restricted Persons. You must not be a "Restricted Person". This means anyone designated as a Specially Designated National by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), placed on the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons List, listed on the UN Security Council Consolidated Sanctions List, or subject to an equivalent designation under the sanctions of Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union or Switzerland. It also means anyone owned or controlled by, or acting for, such a person.
2.3 Restricted Jurisdictions. You must not be a citizen or resident of, be located in, or be organized in a "Restricted Jurisdiction". Restricted Jurisdictions are:
2.4 No circumvention. You must not use a VPN, proxy or other means to hide your location or identity or to get around a restriction. We may block any region, IP address or wallet. Being able to reach the Platform technically does not make you eligible.
2.5 Your local law. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Platform is lawful where you are.
2.6 Screening. We may screen wallet addresses and other information, directly or through third-party tools. We may block addresses linked to sanctions, hacks, fraud or other illicit activity, and share information with authorities where we consider it appropriate.
2.7 If you become ineligible. If you stop meeting these requirements, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
3.1 What the Platform does. The Platform is a software interface for launching and discovering digital tokens and for interacting with public blockchains, wallets, smart contracts, liquidity pools and third-party services. Through it, users can launch tokens on the Solana blockchain ("Tokens") and buy and sell them. Tokens trade against another digital asset, such as SOL, USDC or any other token (the "Paired Asset"), through smart contracts that set prices automatically by formula (the "Smart Contracts").
3.2 What we are not. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, bank, money transmitter, investment adviser or fiduciary. We do not trade on your behalf or hold your assets. Smart contracts and blockchain networks, not us, determine whether and how a transaction executes.
3.3 Tokens. Tokens have no intrinsic value and are intended for entertainment only. A Token gives you no ownership, equity, debt, dividend, profit share, governance, redemption or other right, and is not a claim against us or anyone else. No one promises to buy it back or to support its price. R8 does not sponsor, endorse or make any representation regarding the legal or regulatory classification of any Token. Tokens may be highly speculative and may lose all value.
3.4 Prices and metrics. Market capitalization, volume, PnL, rankings and other figures shown on the Platform are estimates. Market capitalization, for example, may be calculated as a Token's price multiplied by its maximum supply, and can be far larger than the funds actually in its pool. These figures may be wrong or delayed and do not show what anyone could sell for.
3.5 Access. We may limit access to all or part of the Platform, for example to users with an invitation or to holders of particular tokens.
4.1 Your wallet. To use the Platform you need a compatible Solana wallet. You may connect a wallet you already have or create one through the Platform. Wallets created through the Platform are provided by a third-party embedded-wallet provider under its own terms.
4.2 You control your keys. We do not store your private keys or seed phrase, and we cannot access, recover or reset them. If you use an embedded wallet, we recommend that you export your private key and keep it safe, so that you can access your wallet independently of the Platform. Anyone who has your key can take your assets. We will never ask you for your private key or seed phrase.
4.3 Assets in pools. Assets you use to buy Tokens are held in pools in the Smart Contracts. You can take value out of a pool only by selling Tokens as the Smart Contracts allow.
4.4 Upgrades. The Smart Contracts may be upgradeable. An upgrade may change any part of how they work, including fees and the handling of assets held in them, and may affect existing Tokens.
4.5 Your transactions. You are responsible for every transaction you sign or approve. Check the Token, amount, price, slippage and recipient before you confirm. Confirmed transactions are final, and we cannot cancel, reverse or refund them. Prices, outputs and fees estimated on the Platform may differ from the actual result.
5.1 Anyone can launch. Any user may launch a Token through the Platform, subject to these Terms and any launch fee shown on the Platform. We have no obligation to review, vet, audit or verify any Token or its name, ticker, image, description or links. Any review or curation we choose to do is voluntary and does not make us responsible for any Token.
5.2 Creators are responsible. The user who launches a Token is its "Creator" and is solely responsible for it and for everything they submit or say about it. If you are a Creator, you confirm that:
5.3 No relationship with us. Launching a Token does not make you our partner, agent, employee or representative. It gives you no right to our support or to any share of fees beyond what Section 6 provides at the relevant time.
5.4 Names and likenesses. Token names, tickers, images and descriptions come from Creators. The use of any name, trademark, logo or likeness does not mean that its owner created, endorses or is affiliated with the Token, its Creator or the Platform.
5.5 Look-alikes. Many Tokens may share the same or similar names, tickers or images. Badges and similar marks on the Platform do not guarantee that a Token is unique or original. Check carefully before you trade.
5.6 Launches are final. A launched Token cannot be deleted. Launch and network fees are not refundable, even if the Token is later hidden or delisted.
6.1 Fees. We may charge fees for the Platform, including fees on buying and selling Tokens and on launching Tokens. Current fees are shown on the Platform. The Smart Contracts may collect fees automatically and distribute them to us or to other recipients, as determined by the Platform. Blockchain network fees may also apply.
6.2 Changes at any time. In our sole discretion, with or without notice, we may introduce, increase, reduce, restructure or remove any fee, fee distribution or other parameter of the Platform, including pricing settings, starting prices and limits. Where technically possible, a change may apply to existing Tokens as well as new ones.
6.3 Fee sharing and rewards. The Platform may allocate a share of fees, points or other incentives to users or other recipients ("Rewards"). Rewards are discretionary. We may set, change, suspend or cancel any Reward, its rate, eligibility or claim process at any time, with or without notice, including Rewards accrued but not yet claimed. Rewards:
Points have no monetary value. Any share that is not assigned, cannot be paid or stays unclaimed may be paid to us.
6.4 No refunds. All fees are final and non-refundable, including if a transaction fails, a Token is delisted or the Platform is discontinued.
7.1 Our discretion. We alone decide which Tokens appear on the Platform, and how. This covers whether they are shown, searchable or tradeable, and how they are ranked, sorted, featured, labeled or grouped. A "trending" or "featured" placement or a high ranking is not an endorsement or a recommendation.
7.2 Delisting and restrictions. At any time, for any reason or no reason, and without notice or liability, we may:
7.3 What delisting means for you. Delisting may sharply reduce or wipe out a Token's price and liquidity. We have no obligation to warn you in advance, give you time to sell, relist a Token, buy back Tokens or provide another way to trade. Delisted Tokens may still exist on the blockchain, and any interaction with them outside the Platform is at your own risk.
7.4 Why we may act. Reasons may include a suspected breach of Section 8, a complaint, legal or regulatory risk, security, technical problems, low activity or our business judgment. We do not have to give reasons, and a decision in one case does not bind us in another.
You must use the Platform lawfully and in good faith. You must not do, attempt or help anyone else do any of the following.
8.1 Illegal activity.
8.2 Market manipulation.
8.3 Abuse of rewards.
8.4 Technical abuse.
8.5 Harmful Tokens and content. You must not launch, name, describe, promote or post any Token or content that:
8.6 Misleading promotion. You must not promote any Token by promising or implying profit, misrepresenting what it is, or hiding a paid promotion or your own holdings where the law requires you to disclose them.
8.7 Consequences. If we believe you have breached this Section, we may take any action under Sections 7 and 16. We may also cancel or withhold any Rewards and report you to the relevant authorities.
9.1 Your content. "User Content" means anything you submit or create through the Platform, including Token names, tickers, images, descriptions, links, comments and profile details. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You confirm that you own it or have every right needed to post it, and that it complies with Section 8.
9.2 Your license to us. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display and distribute your User Content in any media. We may use it to operate, promote and improve the Platform, including in share cards, social-media posts and marketing. To the extent the law allows, you waive any moral rights in your User Content.
9.3 Public by design. Blockchain transactions, wallet addresses, trades, holdings and the Tokens you launch are public and permanent. We may display them on the Platform, in share cards, leaderboards and analytics, and alongside any social account you connect. We cannot delete or change on-chain data.
9.4 Moderation. We do not pre-screen User Content and have no duty to monitor it. We may remove, hide, edit, blur, label or refuse to display any User Content at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice. Removal from the Platform may not remove content from the blockchain, decentralized storage or third-party services.
9.5 Complaints and takedowns. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright or trademark, impersonates you, or otherwise violates your rights or these Terms, write to us at the address in Section 18.9. Your notice must include:
We decide in our sole discretion whether and how to act, for example by hiding, relabeling or delisting content on the Platform. We may share your notice with the user concerned, who may reply with a counter-notice to the same address. We may restrict users who repeatedly violate the rights of others. We cannot change or delete data recorded on the blockchain.
9.6 Our intellectual property. The Platform and the R8 name, logos, designs, software, text and graphics belong to us or our licensors, except User Content and open-source components. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your own use under these Terms. You may not use our names or logos without our written permission, or copy, modify, frame or resell the Platform except as the law or an applicable open-source license allows.
9.7 Attribution. Charts on the Platform use TradingView Lightweight Charts™. Copyright (c) 2025 TradingView, Inc. https://www.tradingview.com/
9.8 Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without any obligation or payment to you.
10.1 What we rely on. The Platform depends on, and may link to, services we do not control. These include the Solana blockchain and its validators, RPC and indexing providers, wallet software and embedded-wallet providers, on-ramps, price and data feeds, hosting and analytics providers, social networks such as X and Telegram, and the issuers of Paired Assets and of any other tokens.
10.2 Their terms, their risk. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not endorse or control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security or conduct. This includes any loss they cause, and any freezing, blacklisting or clawback of assets by their issuers.
10.3 Links. Links to third-party websites are for convenience only. We do not review or vouch for their content.
10.4 Connected accounts. If you sign in with or connect a third-party account, such as X or GitHub, you authorize us to access the information that service and your settings allow. We may show your handle and avatar next to your activity on the Platform. We will post content to your account only when you choose to, for example by using a "Share" feature.
You use the Platform entirely at your own risk. By using it, you confirm that you understand and accept the risks below, and that the R8 Parties are not responsible for any of them. This list is not complete.
11.1 Total loss. Digital assets are extremely volatile. The price of any Token can fall to zero or near zero, suddenly and permanently. Only commit what you can afford to lose entirely.
11.2 Experimental pricing. Token prices are set automatically by formula-based Smart Contracts. The price of a Token can also move because of trading in other Tokens or pools linked to it, including against you. These mechanisms are new and may behave unexpectedly, contain design flaws, or let other users extract value from holders, for example through well-timed or sandwich trades. Price impact and slippage can be large, and a sale may return little or nothing, including because of rounding.
11.3 No redemption; execution price. No Token can be redeemed for a fixed amount. You can realize value only by selling at the price available when your transaction actually executes. That price may differ significantly from the price shown when you submitted the sale, and may be far below what you paid.
11.4 Liquidity. A Token may have little or no liquidity. You may be unable to sell when you want, at the price you want, or at all. Delisting, pausing or a shutdown can remove your ability to trade through the Platform.
11.5 Smart contracts and software. The Smart Contracts and the Platform may contain bugs, errors or vulnerabilities, including in code we wrote. Unless we state otherwise on the Platform, the Smart Contracts have not been independently audited, and audits, if any, do not guarantee security. Upgrades, migrations and parameter changes can introduce new problems, and administrative keys may be lost or compromised.
11.6 Hacks and security incidents. The Platform, our domains, hosting, infrastructure and keys, your wallet and any third-party service may be hacked or compromised, including through exploits, phishing, DNS or front-end hijacking, supply-chain attacks and social engineering. Losses may be total and unrecoverable. We have no obligation to compensate you, restore assets or pursue recovery. In response to an incident we may pause, restrict or migrate the Platform, even if that causes you further loss.
11.7 Blockchain risk. The Solana blockchain may suffer outages, congestion, forks or reorganizations. Transactions may fail, be delayed, cost more than expected or execute at a different price. Other users, bots and validators may see and front-run your transactions or buy before you (sniping, MEV). Confirmed transactions are irreversible.
11.8 Creator and user conduct. Anyone can launch and promote Tokens. A Creator may buy a Token at the moment it is launched, before anyone else can. Creators, early buyers and large holders may sell at any time, coordinate, manipulate prices, impersonate others or make misleading claims. We do not monitor or prevent this and are not responsible for it.
11.9 Our own activity. We and persons associated with us may launch, hold and trade Tokens at any time, including Tokens we launched, and have no duty to disclose that activity. We earn fees on transactions whether you gain or lose.
11.10 Data risk. Prices, balances, market caps, PnL, charts and other data on the Platform may be wrong, delayed, estimated or incomplete. Do not rely on them.
11.11 Regulatory risk. Laws about digital assets and online platforms are unsettled and change quickly. An authority may restrict or end the Platform, treat Tokens as regulated, or make holding or trading them unlawful where you live. This can happen without warning and may make your assets worthless or impossible to sell.
11.12 Wallet risk. If you lose your private keys, seed phrase or access to your wallet, you lose your assets. No one, including us, can recover them.
11.13 Paired Assets. Each pool depends on its Paired Asset, which is issued by a third party. Stablecoins, tokenized stocks and other Paired Assets can lose value or their peg, and their issuers can freeze, blacklist or redeem them. If an issuer freezes a pool, the pool may stop working permanently and the assets in it may be lost. Some Paired Assets, such as tokenized stocks, are not available to persons in certain jurisdictions, and you are responsible for complying with each issuer's terms.
11.14 No income. There is no guarantee of any profit, fee share, reward, point, airdrop or other income. Past prices, PnL or examples say nothing about future results.
12.1 No advice. Nothing on the Platform is investment, financial, trading, legal, tax or other professional advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset. This includes prices, market caps, rankings, "trending" or "featured" labels, share cards, and posts by us or people associated with us on social media. You make your own decisions. Consult your own advisers where you need advice.
12.2 Marketing is not a promise. Our marketing and the Platform may mention "upside", multipliers or example outcomes. These describe how the Smart Contracts can behave mathematically. They are not promises, forecasts or expectations of profit for you or anyone else.
12.3 No fiduciary duties. We owe you no fiduciary duties and no duties other than those expressly set out in these Terms. To the extent any other duty exists at law or in equity, you agree that it is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12.4 Taxes. You alone are responsible for working out, reporting and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Platform, including on trades and Rewards. We do not provide tax documents. We may share information with tax authorities where the law requires it.
13.1 THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS, AND YOU USE IT AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. THIS INCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
13.2 WITHOUT LIMITING SECTION 13.1, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
13.3 No information or advice from us, whether oral or written, creates any warranty. If the law of your jurisdiction does not allow some of these disclaimers, they apply to the fullest extent it allows.
14.1 R8 Parties. "R8 Parties" means R8, its affiliates, and each of their past, present and future officers, directors, managers, developers, contributors, employees, contractors, advisers, agents, licensors, service providers, successors and assigns.
14.2 No liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE R8 PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM, ANY TOKEN OR THESE TERMS. THIS INCLUDES DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, INCOME, FEES, REWARDS, DIGITAL ASSETS, DATA, GOODWILL OR REPUTATION, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. IT APPLIES HOWEVER THE LOSS ARISES AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY AND STATUTE, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THE LOSS WAS POSSIBLE.
14.3 Specific events. WITHOUT LIMITING SECTION 14.2, THE R8 PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM:
14.4 Where the law requires otherwise. Some laws do not allow certain liability to be excluded, such as liability for fraud. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. IF ANY R8 PARTY IS NEVERTHELESS HELD LIABLE, THAT LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT THE LAW ALLOWS AND, IN ANY CASE, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ALL R8 PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).
14.5 No personal liability. Claims may be brought only against R8. No officer, director, developer, contributor, employee, agent or service provider of R8 has any personal liability to you, and you will not bring any claim against any of them in their individual capacity.
14.6 Basis of the bargain. These limits are a fair allocation of risk and an essential basis of our agreement. We would not offer the Platform without them. They apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
15.1 Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the R8 Parties against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
15.2 Defense of claims. We may take control of the defense of any claim covered by Section 15.1, at your expense, and you must cooperate with us. You may not settle any such claim without our written consent.
15.3 Release. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release the R8 Parties from all claims, known or unknown, arising from: (a) any dispute with another user, including the Creator of any Token, or with any third party; (b) the conduct of any user, including any Creator; and (c) any of the risks described in Section 11.
15.4 Unknown claims. You waive the benefit of any law that would otherwise limit this release to claims you know or suspect at the time you agree to it.
16.1 Suspension and termination. We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to all or any part of the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. This includes blocking wallet addresses, IP addresses, devices or regions, and refusing any transaction submitted through the Platform. We do not need to give you a reason.
16.2 Changes to the Platform. We may add, change, suspend or remove any feature, supported asset or network, or any other part of the Platform, at any time and without notice. This includes deploying new Smart Contracts and migrating Tokens or pools. We have no obligation to maintain, support, update or continue the Platform.
16.3 Shutdown. We may shut the Platform down permanently at any time, for any reason, without notice. After a shutdown you may be unable to see, sell or withdraw your digital assets through the Platform. We may, but do not have to, offer another way to do so.
16.4 Changes to these Terms. We may change these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Changes take effect when posted unless we state a later date. We may, but do not have to, notify you in other ways. By continuing to use the Platform after a change, you accept it. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform. A change to Section 17 will not apply to a Dispute that arose before the change was posted.
16.5 Effect of termination. When your access ends, your license to use the Platform ends too. Termination does not affect digital assets held in your wallet, which you can access with your private key independently of the Platform. Sections 9 and 11 to 18, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, continue to apply after termination.
Please read this Section carefully. It requires disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration and waives class actions and jury trials.
17.1 Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or any other proceeding, you must send us a written notice at the address in Section 18.9. It must give your name, your wallet address, a description of the dispute and the relief you seek. We will both try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 60 days of the notice.
17.2 Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform (a "Dispute") will be finally resolved by binding arbitration. Except as Section 17.5 provides, the arbitrator decides any question about the existence, validity, scope or enforceability of these Terms or of this Section, and whether a Dispute can be arbitrated.
17.3 How arbitration works. The arbitration will be administered by the BVI International Arbitration Centre under its Arbitration Rules then in force. There will be one arbitrator. The seat will be Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and the language English. Hearings may take place by video. The proceedings and award are confidential, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
17.4 Class action waiver. YOU AND WE MAY EACH BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, INCLUDING ANY PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION. THIS APPLIES IN ARBITRATION AND IN COURT. You will not start, join or take part in any such proceeding against any R8 Party, and if you are included in one, you will opt out of it at the first opportunity. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of different people, may not preside over any class or representative proceeding, and may award relief only to the individual party and only to the extent needed to resolve that party's individual claim. Class arbitration is not permitted in any circumstances.
17.5 If the class action waiver fails. Notwithstanding Section 17.2, only a court may decide whether Section 17.4 is enforceable. If a court finds it unenforceable for any claim, that claim must be severed and decided by a court, and it will be stayed until all individual arbitrations between the parties are complete.
17.6 Jury trial waiver. To the extent the law allows, you and we waive any right to a jury trial.
17.7 Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us at the address in Section 18.9 within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Your email must include your name, your wallet address and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, Disputes will be decided only by the courts of the British Virgin Islands, and Sections 17.4 and 17.6 will still apply.
17.8 Exceptions. Either party may ask a court for urgent injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized access to or abuse of the Platform.
17.9 Time limit. Any Dispute must be started within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred. The period is paused during the informal resolution period in Section 17.1.
17.10 Governing law. These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Subject to this Section, the courts of the British Virgin Islands have exclusive jurisdiction.
18.1 Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Platform. They replace any earlier understanding.
18.2 Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the rest of these Terms stays in full effect.
18.3 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or consent, including to any affiliate or successor. The assignee then takes our place under these Terms, and we are released from our obligations under them. Any affiliate or successor that operates the Platform may also adopt these Terms, with effect from the date you first accepted them.
18.4 No waiver. If we do not enforce a right or provision, that is not a waiver of it.
18.5 Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include hacks, network or blockchain failures, outages of third-party services, changes in law, acts of authorities, war, unrest, natural disasters and epidemics.
18.6 Third-party rights. No one other than you and us has rights under these Terms, except that every R8 Party may enforce Sections 14, 15 and 17. We accept those Sections as agent and trustee for each R8 Party.
18.7 Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls.
18.8 Notices. You agree to receive notices and other communications from us electronically, including through the Platform. Notices posted on the Platform take effect when posted.
18.9 Contact. Questions, notices, complaints and arbitration opt-outs: [email protected].
